I got a plate (great value, usually nets me two meals) with white rice and orange chicken. This batch of orange chicken was perhaps a little crispier than I usually prefer, but not enough to keep me from finishing it all in one sitting!

As usual from the Panda Express UCSF, the food is very good for a fast casual Chinese restaurant. Of particular interest was the Chinese apple pie: it's a large taquito stuffed with apple pie filling whose wrapper is an egg roll outer casing & rather heavily coated with powdered sugar. It was hot when it arrived & went well with Matcha green tea (& later homemade lemon soda).

I will say they were skimpy with the Walnut Shrimp,  especially if you are going to upcharge 19 bucks!

Chicken was scraped from the bottom of the pan. Very small portion and burned. I would not use the store again. Rice was also scraped from the bottom of the pan.

Disappointed. More like a cup than a Bowl. For $15???? Where is the tofu?  I will not be back. This downsizing is unacceptable.
