Good food and really only the accessible place in the local area. I would say that the prices are high for the portion sizes. Some of the protein dish portions are small, but I'm impressed by their extensive menu and ability to prepare the food quickly. Would recommend V3. Sour & Spicy Shredded Potato 酸辣土豆丝. Also the A7. Chinese Celery Bean Curd Salad 芹黄香干. I've gotten both the intestines and pig trotters before and both are great with rice.

chicken is mouth numbing spicy (in good way), not as crispy when taking take out, flavour still there. chow fun is tender and flavorful, wish there were more veggie but value of chowfun is great.

The N1. Shanxi Cold Steamed Noodle was shockingly delicious..! The lamb was a bit overcooked and dry, but the sauces that came with the rest of the order helped to freshen up the taste. The A9. Steam Dumplings in Red Sauce was also 5/5. A welcoming Fresh taste, and very straight forward. The sauce was wonderful here as well..!

I would easily order everything again! Our favorite item so far is the A9. Steam Dumplings in Red Sauce. The sauce is even good mixed with rice.
The A13. Dan Dan Spicy Noodle with Minced Pork looked underwhelming BUT the flavors and everything was actually perfect. My partner would've appreciated more minced meat but I think it would've overpowered it, so definitely try for yourself.
The R3. Shrimp Mei Fun was jam packed with noodles and the veggies looked fresh. The shrimp were little and hidden throughout.
I ordered the vegetable A1. Spring Roll and it came with three (3). They were still warm and crispy when they arrived.
The C5. General Tso's Chicken was not crispy but the sauce was mild and sweet. I think the chicken was cooked perfectly and the ratio to breading was also good. It included two broccoli.

A8. Cold Stir Cucumber was more delicious than at first glance. Perfectly salty and lots of garlic.
A13. Dan Dan Spicy Noodle with Minced Pork needed to be stirred but the noodles taste homemade (maybe a little watery tho), great Szechuan flavor but not too spicy.
P4. Double Cooked Pork delicious as always. Chewy strips of pork that melt in your mouth and the leek (?) is fragrant and tender. Complementary rice comes with it
Everything comes hot!
