The breakfast sandwich was very good. Flavorful and packaged well. The coffee is brought to you with the straw sealed up in the food bag. But, I would appreciate it if you covered up the large hole in the lid of the coffee with something.

I bought One Dozen Mixed Cookies and Heart Cookie 6-Pack for my patients and I'm really disappointed that they're clearly not fresh and hard as rocks. I got myself a Broccoli Cheddar Soup bread bowl for lunch and I received a cup of soup, not a bowl. Panera is usually better than this; big bummer.

This is the first time I've ever had issues with Panera. The Fruit Cup was past its expiration date and smelled soured, so I couldn't eat that. The avocado toast was pretty good, but several pieces of the avocado weren't ripe. The frittata was ok, but a little underwhelming. The rocky road frozen coffee was definitely not what I imagined. Heavy toffee / caramel flavor and no chocolate flavor at all. Maybe they made the wrong drink and labeled it as rocky road? I pretty much wasted my money this morning :(

food is always great and i tried the new coffee this time which was awesome. but they forgot one of my Plain Cream Cheese Spread – Individual 1.5 oz ... ): which normally i wouldn't care and it's not a huge deal, but they're $2.... other than that all was great

Mediocre at best. The fruit cup on the side, which was 2.39 extra, was honeydew and pineapple only. the French Onion soup was awful
