I enjoy the Sandwich and Sandwich choice. Third time ordering it because there's so many to choose from.

the salad was hard to eat! the lettuce was basically hard chunks of the middle of the lettuce. it was not a typical Panera salad. for $16 I expect better. I had to add my own cheese because there was about a teaspoon of feta in the salad, so it was very bland. Soup/Mac and Salad

My Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait was completely watery and yogurt was separated!! My salad was extremely small and my bacon was covered in bacon grease the fact my salad was $10 was a completewaste

I will never understand why only a handful of rest gets my order correct each time. Panera is definitely one of the handful. Every single time, my food/drink is delicious, my order is correct, they send napkins, straws utensils, cream cheese, etc. I sure do appreciate the fact tgat they really pay attention to filling their orders.

Bacon avocado sandwich had miniscule amounts of both but lots of cheese and lettuce.
Ordering online was very frustrating. Wanted multiple items but when Added a second item the first disappeared.
