Everything was good, but unlike other restaurants, I did not see my order from last night for this a.m. delivery. I assumed the order was cut. Need to give customer feedback when ordered ahead of time.Thanks

NEW Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt – Toasted Baguette are awful! Barely any cheese and the pepperoni was no bigger than pizza peppe pepperoni, not thick cut at all! This is the biggest waste of money on a sandwich!

I ordered a full bowl of soup, and I just received a small cup. $13 for a cup of soup and a bread bowl. Am I crazy or is that price for that amount of soup insane? Never getting Panera again, not worth the price.

Beware, they are watering down their soups to an alarming degree. The broccoli cheddar and cream of chicken soups are more than twice as watery as they used to be. Not only a ripoff, but lacking in flavor and so disappointing.

absolutely outrageously priced for such a small amount of soup. $24.96 total for what is essentially a bowl of soup and four little pieces of bread. would have been more if I didn't have a dash pass. I cannot believe it. Panera is the worst restaurant on the planet.
