Great food, but regularly puts the wrong items in delivery. This morning I got a ham sandwich instead of the yummy soufflé I'd ordered.

Almost $7.50 for a smoothie smaller than McDonald's small smoothie, yet twice the price of a McDonald's large. Grilled cheese that's buttered and left for 2 seconds on a grill just enough for the cheese to adhere to each slice of bread. No fault on the workers but whoever the decision maker is. Panera has really fallen off.

do not order the NEW Classic Avo or the Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait , portion sizes are tiny for the amount they charge. The avocado item in particular was disappointing, with barely 2 pieces of avocado on the bread.

The bagel sandwich was amazing! However, the cinnamon roll is terrible. Super dry and such a strong lemon flavor in the icing I had to throw it out. Disappointed in that, but the bagel I would get again for sure.

The first time I ordered a Cesar salad with chicken stuffer it was okay. Like everyone is saying, it didn't look like the picture. But that's what all the restaurants do in their advertising. There was much more bread and a lot less salad. The second time it didn't have chicken in it and that's what I ordered.
