I'm not sure what's going on with this specific location but the food taste nothing like the other locations I have eaten at. The tartar sauce taste like straight mayo, the Pasta Mardi Gras sauce will very watery and the shrimp were small compared to all the other locations.

I spoke to Shelby the floor Mgr about my order and she told me to request a refund through Doordash. Shrimp & Crawfish Fondeaux was greasy and runny. The garlic toast was gummy and they didn't send my oysters.

I ordered the Crawfish Platter and I ADDED Sautéed Spinach on the side , I did NOT Substitute. Called the merchant to explain they did NOT put the rice and I was told by the manager they could not do anything about it I had to contact door dash. Clearly the rice should have been with the étouffée so it's NOT Door Dash Fault . Spent $46.75 for incorrect order and inconvenience. Door Dash did there job , Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen DID NOT !
Very disappointed and not pleased.
