I am a big fan of Parakeet's greens and I have been ordering their Golden Goddess Salad (gf, v) with salmon and sometimes with a side of chicken for some years now. Unfortunately now they continue to overcook the salmon and the chicken.
I have called and shared my feedback however this has not changed.

I couldn't finish the chicken soup and kaleidoscope salad because they were so salty. My boyfriend ordered the salmon toast with an over medium egg and said that his egg was overwhelmingly salty too. It was such a disappointment, especially seeing as the food is not inexpensive. And the bowl of chicken soup was very small.

Ordered from the hospital, excited to have some healthy food, got a bland cup of chicken soup, a tiny cup of yogurt, and the goddess salad I love so much, I added extra avocado so I can get some protein, well all the avocado was with black spots. See pics. I ordered express delivery so it wasn't the delivery. He was great. I would like my money back at least for this salad. It was over 65 bucks for this, definately not worth it.
The matcha latte was ok though. Not great but ok
I've dined in a lot and have ordered from here a lot and this is the first time it was super sub par.
To management, let me know if you can refund or give me a credit towards the same salad at least.

I am not exaggerating when I say my husband eats here at least three times a week. I enjoy delivery to my home office probably at least once a week. They always package things nicely .Great consistency and healthy ingredients. I'm loving that they are putting new stuff on the menu lately. I hope they keep adding more creative items.
