I ordered no carmelized onions. If I'd had an allergy I might've been in trouble. The sandwich, however, was good, save for the onions. I don't want to give a bad rating to this food, but I wish I got what I ordered.

Ordered the Big Cat Combo with a diet Pepsi and a side of cheese sauce for the fries. I never received my drink, nor the extra sauce I paid for. Fries were as hard as a rock and the sandwich had AVOCADO?? I didn't ask for that.

Buffalo Tender Loaded Fries didn't come prepped at all just two separate containers if fries and chicken tenders with sauce tossed all over it

CHOPPED CHEESE COMBO
I will never order from this place again. I gave them not one, but TWO chances within the same hour, and they still managed to mess it up both times. Not only did they give me the wrong items, but the food I actually received was undercooked—basically raw. That’s not just disappointing, it’s unacceptable and honestly concerning. Getting an order wrong once is bad enough, but twice in a row? No excuse. Total waste of money and time. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else take that risk either.
