• 17/01/25Driver mixed up my order with someone else, I gave it back at the door and received a credit from DD. The manager at PF said there was enough time to reorder and I did, and Omg so worth the wait, the seafood linguine was sooo good 😋 the sauce was so creamy and delicious, the prawns were done perfectly and this is something I could have again and again. Thank you Pasta Factory for redoing my order so close to closing, and doing it so right! You're awesome❣

• 21/05/26The Foccacia Brushetta was AMAZING! The Chick. Parm. was so large thati froze three more meals with the Penne AribiAta was zingy. Happy Custoer ordering more now.:)bye

• 13/10/24I am consistently pleased by all of their flavourful dishes. Moreover a full-size order of pasta is large enough to satisfy my sons' appetite. Therefore, I have remained loyal for well over a decade.

• 30/01/25Paid extra to have the spagh baked with cheese. They just tossed cheese on top and didn't even bake it. It wasnt even melted. Waste of money.
It also is tomato sauce, does not seem to be 'meat sauce'.

• 14/07/25Order came not as mentioned. I ordered the mushroom spinach penne ("forager") and I received maybe one raw slice of mushroom, no spinach, and a ton of raw green onion. This was also sent in a plastic container that melted over the food. The Crab and Spinach Dip tasted almost moldy. Not happy.
