The Lasagna was great. The slice was charred and topped with fresh herbs. Incredibly flavorful sauce and delicious all around. The cacio e pepe was okay even with the added pancetta. I'll try the carbonara next time. Highly recommend the lasagna!

Really good recipes for authentic Italian and flavorful food. Just wish portions were a little bigger. And especially with the cucumber salad. One full sized portion of pasta was more like a half portion. Delicious otherwise!
