Los fideos del Shoyu Ramen están en su punto. Todos los ingredientes son frescos. El caldo cae liviano y tiene buen sabor. El Karaage está bien bueno y cae liviano también. Por fin encontré el sabor auténtico japonés que tanto buscaba. Altamente recomendado. Definitivo vuelvo a ordenar.

Don get me wrong, the noddles are amazing yet the amount of meat is laughable the portions are so tiny, they are the size of like a half dollar coin, nothing like what was pictured. But what was truly disappointing was the broth. So underwhelming and greasy and flavorless , it desperately needs salt and love. Maybe eating in-restaurant is a different experience
