The last order was bad. Im not sure what happened but I have ordered probably 50x from Penn Station and i absolutely love their subs. The soft white bread, fresh ingredients and vegetables. I can say without a doubt, they are the absolute best in the business of subs. And their choco chip cookies, lol best ive ever had.

Sandwich ok fries cup not full looks like leftover fry crumbs from the basket.. Customer Service bad today . The kid with the bad Afro should have on a hairnet if he is to being going from the register to handling food/ buns .. Learn how to acknowledge customers and if their order is not ready tell them don't just walk away.

My Cheesesteak never comes with mushrooms like it's supposed to. There isn't a menu option to select it and the store doesn't allow notes. Other than that, my food tasted great and their cookies are my favorite. The Chocolate Chunk Cookie is always soft and delicious.
My food was a 5 star but the menu on this app is lacking so I had to dock a star.

i buy from this location frequently and have never had problems but today was unacceptable. I ordered two cheesesteaks one large one regular and they decided to basically make whatever they want!? They switched the sizes of the subs and added toppings i did not order. I truly do not know what happened that they messed up so bad today.
