I ordered the Chicken Lettuce Wraps and the Signature Lo Mein with chicken. I started with the noodles. I mixed all the goodies and dived in. it was delicious!!! I couldn't stop eating it long enough to try the Lettuce Wraps. However, it was worth the wait!! The flavor in that chicken was outstanding!!! I am so satisfied and I have no doubt that the leftovers will be even tastier!! I tried PF Chang's years ago when they first came to Charlotte but I wasn't impressed. Years later, you have made a believer out of me. I see what the hype is all about. I can hardly wait to go and dine in!!

What a disappointment the lettuce wraps had absolutely no crispy rice sticks I mean not even 1. Poor packaging and inconsistent portions the cucumber Cold Cucumber Salad I paid $10 for had about 1/2 of cucumber in the huge container. If you wouldn't send it out to a table why would you send it to someone's home? Felt like we got the table reject food will never eat here again. Total disappointment

When this dish is good, its fantastic. When it is bad, it's terrible. Ive never seen so many green onions included in this dish and they're raw , not stir-fried like normal. The cuts of beef here are all fatty and that was the quantity of meat once I removed the excess onions. At the old price of this meal of about $15 maybe that would be okay but price increases have accompanied portion decreases. There was a small piece of chicken in here as well which as a gluten free person ordering a gluten free dish always makes me wonder what else could be hiding in there. I know cross contamination is assumed but this is a bit more than that as I dont know if that's chicken in gluten free soy sauce or not. Last complaint, the menu is configured so I have to choose the add on of a side salad or pay for an add on soup even after saying no for sides. It's a waste of food to have that add on a required field with no "none" option because I dont want the salad.

I got the lunch beef with broccoli and it's pretty much white rice with 4 pieces of dry broccoli and 3-4 pieces of hard beef jerky. I hate that the packaging is completely open to tampering during delivery and the bottled coke is warm.

Ordered the Crispy Honey ShrimpCrispy Honey Chicken and lomein and the crispy dishes were soggy-other places would pt the sauce on the side. The shrimp dish had no flavor nor the lomein....I wish I had just just ordered panda express for half the price and better quality.
