Got a rivet box and the pretzels were so hard! I had to dig for the few soft ones that were in there. Also, the pretzel dog looked old and molded. Will not be ordering from this location again.

A bummer that I forgot to take picture of the 25 Crowd Pleaser. The Philly store team at City Ave baked and salted these pretzels to perfection.

The pretzel melt was very interesting with all of the different cheeses and taste combined.

Love the Pretzel Factory. Disappointed this morning, pretzels were burnt on the bottom and I bought 4 rows
