Pho Nam (Pho Beef Brisket) and rice wraps are absolutely delicious! I got the Hoanh Thanh Pho Mai (Crab Rangoon) this time and was disappointed with the lack of filling. I could tell everything was homemade which was amazing but there was almost no filling at all.
