Not a place I expected to find in Gallup. Wanted something delivered to our hotel room after 8 hrs on the road. The name alone was enough for us to give it a try. Holy cow! Great food, generous portions and a story to tell (about the most excellent name). Wishing you all the best for a prosperous future. If I lived nearby, I'd be a regular customer. Want a T-shirt.

The food was great! Great flavor! The portions were large enough to eat for lunch and dinner. It was still hot and fresh when it arrived. I would definitely order from them again! I ordered the Charbroiled Chicken with Steamed Rice, Plain Rice Noodle Soup and the Special Combination Tender Beef Noodle Soup. The Beef soup does come with raw meat, so you need to add it to the broth while it is still hot, it was in the container with the vermicelli for me, so just a heads up if you order it!

Rare steak pho and 4. BBQ Pork and Shrimp Fried Rice were super good and really fresh! Food is always great!!! However I wish they had an option for chili oil

always great Chicken Fried Rice with Egg (Popular) the best in town... anf te Stir-Fried Cube Cut Steak with Steamed Rice (Popular) was great my wife enjoyed it.. well be ordering more

Very unfortunate that everytime I go in person it lacks environmental friendliness but man the food is so good , I love the rare steak pho and absolutely love the chili oil with it, always will reorder
