Finally Elk Grove has a trendy restaurant! Food was packaged perfectly, seasoned well and kept us going back for more. Holy smokes there was a ton of meat on the Achiote Jerk Chicken Tacos and CDMX al Pastor. Please do not change the amount of meat! So many places skip but everything was killer. Get the plantains!

Steak was on the small size for the price but the flavors are out of this world. Really good. Chips are too thin for the aguachiles, but 10/10 for flavor.

Elote Ribs, Maduros (Fried Plantains), Jerk Chicken and Birria Tacos are the way to go! Super fresh and portions are plenty. Queso is delicious too. Would definitely order again. Margaritas are amazing.

I never thought I'd have to write a negative review. The jalapeños corn and plantains were way over seasoned, the jalapeños were not even cooked all the way. The tortillas for the tacos show in the picture to be soft and possible home made and I received a hard shell that tasted like cardboard. I am very unhappy with the food I received especially for the price point the restaurant is asking for I expected quality food and didn't receive that at all.

The Baja shrimp tacos were pretty good. The sweet plantains were served with a very spicy mayo. Maybe it would have worked if it was a spicy sour cream, but the spicy mayo was too spicy and too mayo and it wasnt a good combo. The Elote Ribs were dry. The spices were dumped in a clump on top and blackened. I mean black burnt blackened. This was my first time trying this place and given the price I expected more.
