I was a little disappointed because I didn't receive the thin and crispy crust. The taste was good but I missed the crispy crust. I know you were probably very busy tonight and I totally understand when a mistake is made accidentally. You all do a great job and I love Pizza Hut. i will absolutely continue to order from Pizza Hut.

They substitute items without asking. If you have food allergies, be extremely careful, as they don't care and don't let you know about their substitutions.

I ordered pizza tonight. We got our food open and no pizza sauce! I call there told them I have no sauce. The girl I talked to was the girl who cooked it. I asked her why I have no sauce on it..she said I assumed you didn't want it most people don't want it. All I got I'm sorry. We Never ate it. It's dough with meat on it. I can do that at home. Disappointed
