Extremely disappointed. The pizza tasted and smelled old, and it was dry to the point that I stopped eating . The packaging was also concerning the box was covered but not properly sealed/taped shut, which made me uncomfortable from a food-safety standpoint. The overall quality was terrible, and I ended up wasting my money because I couldn’t even finish the food. Definitely would not order again.

Breadsticks were overcooked to dry and blackened. Pizza looked ok but tasted super oily and greasy.
Pizza Hut pizza and breadsticks should be light crispy and tasty. ( had amazing pizza at Pizza Hut at the Grand Canyon. Reminded me of the red top days; this was not it)

These place have to start at least using Stickers to somewhat secure these Personal Pan Pizza® or they could be placed in a small bag and tied. Most other big businesse dont mind doing so.
Besides that, the Personal Pan Pizza® was in the soggy side but the flavor wast terrible. and the 2 for 1 deals a decent value.

I dont think it's this store in general but Pizza Hut has really gone down hill I used to love the pan pizza which I paid extra for. The crust is just awful now barely any cheese or pepperoni. I paid $26 for a terrible medium pizza. I would have rather have ate a tostinos pizza for $2
