Everything was so goo! The bacon cheese breadsticks were so buttery and tasty! The personal pizza was the perfect size and the melt box with boneless wings was the perfect portion! I didn't like the starry soda though, it wasn't acidic enough (could have been due to transport)! Overall everything was good!

I have eaten Pizza Hut pasta bowls for years because price was good and fast service.
I recently ordered 2 which I'd eaten before. The first night the pasta was not cooked. The only reason I ate some of it was because I was starving. It was terrible. The second night I cooked the other one on 350 for 37 minutes which made it quite tasty, but failed being a quick dinner obviously. Portion was fine. Chicken and pasta.

I miss the Pizza Hut that used to be in Landmark Plaza. This one is terrible. I've tried so many times to give this location a chance and every time it's just been some new version of bad. I used to love the Melts, but this last one was soggy from sitting in so much grease and also tasted somewhat undercooked? This would track since the last time I ordered a personal pan pizza from this location they severely undercooked it so that there was straight up raw dough in the center you could legit stick your finger into - and when I'd called, they tried to tell me that's just the way deep dish pizzas are. Seriously? Absolutely not. That really should've been my final straw, and it was for a while, but I had a craving for a Melt and so now here we are. This will be it, though, because everything I ordered this time was - you guessed it - a new level bad despite the already low bar. For the Full Melt & Side box - even the boneless wings had the tiniest amount of sauce just haphazardly thrown over them?
We tossed the soggy, seemingly undercooked Melt as we didn't want to risk it, ate the sad sauce wings, and then tried the thin crust Tavern Double Pepperoni Pizza... it was honestly gross? I took two bites of my one small slice and then my friend tried a bite of my same slice- it was the only slice to leave the box. We ate cheese and crackers for dinner instead since it was then rather late. I used to think bad pizza was still at least pizza but this was beyond disappointing and I don't know what was up with the thin crust pizza but it tasted really off and just not good. Worst pizza experience I've ever had and that's saying something after the last time. Goodbye, Pizza Hut.

Cheese Sticks were not even cut. Just stuck in the box. No sauce and I paid for an extra one.
Fries were over cooked and soggy. Not really sure how that happens.

Incredibly incompetent - rarely get orders correct, and when they do it's significantly lower quality than I have ever experienced from any Pizza Hut ever.
Save yourself the trouble and order from literally anywhere else.
