• 18/06/26I ordered All Flappers Wing Combo and paid the higher price but on got 3 Flappers and they didn't seem to be extra crispy either!! THis is the 2nd time Pluckers messed up my delivery! So disappointed!

• 22/09/24Messed up our DoorDash order the first time. Took 30 minutes longer to remake.
Once it arrived they gave us 1- 2oz ranch for 20 wings and holy mac. Even though i paid extra for 2 extra 4oz sides of ranch.
Wings had almost zero seasoning on them. Basically fried plain wings. Garbage.

• 27/07/24Have to admit was super surprised the order was on the whole, done right & still warm. The only major problem was one of the ranch dressings exploded inside the bag completely covering the other dressing, the Side of House-Made Blue Cheese dressing I had to pay extra for since I couldn't choose anything but ranch with the wing combo. It got on some of the containers & left little left to use w the 5 Wing Combo. Not sure if it was a restaurant packing issue or if the dasher crushed/crowded the bag. But the spicy ranch 5 Wing Combo, wings were tasty. But the side I upgraded & paid xtra for, the mac & cheese was completely cold & the cheese wasn't melted at all. You could even still see the unmelted shreds of cheese in the container. The Buffalo Bites Appetizer was good, we selected 2 sauces & both tasted like they do normally and as a bonus the chicken didn't have any weird fatty pieces or tendons which sometimes happens at this location so that's an improvmnt. The best dish tho was the appetizer, the Blue Cheese Potato Chips. The chips were still crunchy & had enough blue cheese on them. The order did seem smaller than usual. This is something we always order when dining here & on previous orders & visits, it can easily be shared by 3 diners & the 2 of us have never been able to finish it. We didn't order fries thinking this would be enough of a side & it didn't feel like it was enough of an app to share this time. Bottom line, the execution of the food seemed fine but as normal, there appeared to be issues with the kitchen's support staff. This tho is an expected issue when ordering from here since this restaurant has frequent employee turnover & is always packed with diners.

• 5/12/24Wings are so lightly dressed they are essentially naked. Theres no taste of lemon pepper on my lemon pepper wings and buffalo medium is mostly butter. I also ordered mixed wings but got 8 drums and only 2 flaps. Im so disappointed, I always love pluckers but this was a bad experience for me.
