• 27/06/25I expected the food to be more freshly cooked. I ordered chicken expecting grilled chicken to be what is served, but instead it looks like pre-packaged chicken that's the same color as the white rice. I understand I ordered chicken at a poke restaurant, however, I've had better poke bowls that were more freshly cooked from other poke restaurants on this app.

• 5/09/25My food was good as always but the service did not listen to my written instructions. No onions please and I was given a very ridiculous small amount of rice which is discouraging to a faithful customer to continue ordering.
