I don't know who they have in the kitchen around 7 PM but please give them a raise! The food was DELICIOUS and flavorful. The 1/2 Fire Grilled Chicken - With 1 Side was cooked to perfection. The chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned. I was very impressed. The quality of the food really got a LOT better.

I like Pollo tropical and I order from this location quite often. This is the first time I ordered pork and they gave me chicken. I was so hungry and it tasted good anyway I was just slightly disappointed so
