The 1/4 chicken was very dry, probably has been cooked hours ago. The Grillmaster trio which should have 1/4 chicken only had 1/2 of chicken breast, two slices of steak, no plantains and sauces also forgotten. Too expensive for the quality, the portions not as advertised. Don't recommend to order for delivery, at least at the restaurant the portions come complete.

I ordered the surf and turf the entire plate of food taste like it been it the fridge for a day or two and someone reheated it. The chicken was dry as wood. The rice was crunchy and the shrimp taste stale and smell like a old pack of cigarettes. The pieces of so called stake horrible. I never had this to happen with pollo tropical. I am very disappointed

The Cuatro Leches is the best dessert I've had in the last few months. Order it, you won't regret it! The Grilled Chicken Sandwich was great but they've changed the recipe/bread and now it's dry :(
