The best ribs I have ever had come from Portillo's thank you thank you thank you I will never get ribs from any place else. Try them. You'll love them.

Fries were not cooked fully and for the price it was not worth the size. They have a smaller holder so not a lot of fries for the price. Chicken Tenders were not cooked fully. Had to wait quite sometime for order as well. Almost a half hour past time promised. Very disappointed

The breakfast items are all 10/10!!! The Polish Sausage, Egg, & Cheese is a must have, WITH the giardineira sauce. The sausage and egg croissant was good and the Hash Brown Bites were CRISPY. I also recommend the Chocolate Cake Iced Coffee.

If you’re craving classic Chicago comfort food, Portillo’s absolutely delivers. I tried their cheeseburger with a side of fries and a cheese cup, and honestly—it hit the spot.
The cheeseburger was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and had that signature char-grilled flavor Portillo’s is known for. It’s stacked just right: melty cheese, fresh toppings, and a soft toasted bun that holds everything together without getting soggy.
The fries with the cheese cup are a whole experience on their own. The fries come out crispy and hot, and that iconic Portillo’s cheese sauce is ridiculously addictive—smooth, creamy, and salty in the best way. Dip after dip, it never disappoints.
Overall, Portillo’s is one of those places where you know exactly what you’re getting: fast, delicious, satisfying comfort food. If you haven’t tried the cheeseburger with cheese fries yet, do it—you won’t regret it.

Chocolate Cake Slice good portion. Italian Beef Sandwich good amount of Italian Beef.
Although I've lived in Chicago since 2002, this is the first time that I've eaten a Portillo's Italian Beef Sandwich. I am satisfied. It is definately worth the price. I just wish that it came with cheese. Also the large fries are pretty small.
