We got the Bag of Mini Cookies today that was in a cute plastic bowl, and they were absolutely delicious. Super soft and slighter bigger than we expected. The cookie was fantastic, felt like they were fresh out of the oven, and we order these often. It's the perfect size to share with a few people.

The sub roll was outstanding! The cold cuts and toppings were fresh and delicious...my wife and I shared the sandwich it is enough for two...

I wanted to try Potbelly Sandwich Works, so I ordered the Italian sandwich and was disappointed. The meat and cheese were both a bit skimpy-could have been a little more of both. The bread didn't seem fresh either. Overall, it could have been better.

As always, it can get pretty expensive, very fast, but with us traveling and not wanting to haul a trailer through town, it was worth every penny having Patricia deliver us our food from here. There aren't many Potbelly's around, so when you see one, shut up, order and enjoy.

My first experience having potbelly. The sandwich was absolutely delicious! Fresh ingredients. The sugar cookie was perfection. Will order again, highly recommend.
