The sausage in the sandwich was massively overcooked and looked like burnt charcoal, and tasted the same...the wings were also very well done and not enjoyable, the amount of sauce was good but not good enough to save the meal, the tortellini was the only positive even though the manager called me and said they were out of tortellini yet we got it anyway...overall, a bad taste left in my mouth both physically and literally

Prestos grandma pizza is usually fabulous but this time was overcooked which made it dry. Wouldn't normally be annoyed but when ordered through door dash this is almost a 40$ pizza.

Somehow, my order for extra cheese was not communicated. I guess that's on me. However, the pizza I received left a lot to  be desired anyway. The crust was too thin for my taste,and the pizza was overdone, almost burnt.
