This Primo location is excellent in the quality of their food. Other locations are NOT reliable in food quality.

THIS Primo location is hands down the BEST location I have ever ordered food from. The hoagie was absolutely perfectly made IYKYK and the mozzarella balls were unbelievably fresh. Each bite was like a mini burrata.

The food was horrible there was no meat on the Philly Cheesesteak and the Bada Bingwas not remotely close to what it used to be the Italian hoagie in my opinion was terrible I will never order from here again especially for $85 for three sandwhiches!!!!

Chicken Caesar cutlet was nothing like its shown. The lettuce was wilted, slimy shredded lettuce. The cutlets were rubbery. Worst sandwich I've ever had from Primos.

the 3 times I've ordered from here the roll has been stale, like crunchy stale. I seriously don't get it.
