I'm from Chicago so pizza to me is a very personal experience. Most pizza on the West coast misses the core ingredients, great crust, SAUCE, and fennel sausage. Proof is the only pizza that feels like home. Tavern style, great toppings, and be sure to tip the staff ;)

Couldn't love this place more. My pie was EXCELLENT, onions and mushrooms sautéed and cooked. Transplant from the Midwest and been searching for good pizza for 3 years in Beaverton. This was delicious sausage, cheese, mushroom and onion cooked to perfection. You gained a regular 10 stars if could!!!

The Layla with HOT GIARDINIERA was heaven. I added black olives. This is the place to go when you're homesick for Chicago/Omaha/Indianapolis. So homey!!!!

The pizza is phenomenal! The boscoe sticks are a must try, and don't skip putting some of their homemade giardiniera on your pie. Perfection!
