Generous serving of Brisket. Brisket was extremely juicy and melted in my mouth.

Food arrived Luke warm at best. Pork ribs were tough, not tender. The serve of Burnt Ends Side was so small. Overall very poor quality and value for money.

Wagyu Brisket Box:
Excellent the Brisket tasted lovely, it was tender and tasted beautiful. To me Brisket tastes so much better than ordinary cooked steak The chips were crispy. There was no Slaw.
Hush Puppies:
No Hush Puppies, substituted with Onion Rings which were very nice.
Texas Toast:
Again very nice you could taste the garlic.

Onion Rings: Very very crunchy and tasted very nice.
Hush puppies: Never had them before but found them interesting and very tasty.
Texas Cigars: Unusual but very nice.
I am not sure what the 2 sauces were supposed to go with but actually they went well with all 3 nibbles.

The smoked chicken wings were delicious, tender and a unique flavour. the pork ribs felt a bit over priced for their size and were unfortunately a bit dry. The Mac and cheese was really flavoursome. overall there was some highs and lows, nothing bad but I think for the price point it didn't quite live up to the hype. I know takeout going in a delivery timeline will affect the flavour as it's not kitchen to table.
