The rice was hard and the queso was lumpy, like it probably sat out too long and got thick :( I still ate it bc I was starving and it was a $20 meal (burrito bowl combo) but it was not the same quality I've had at other locations.

They got my entire order & it was correct but the burrito was about 3 inches long. It looked like something I could get at Taco Bell on the value menu for 2 dollars. Instead I paid almost $14 for their "toppings" & they called it a day. And the queso was cold.

Food is great, but the size of the Hand-Crafted Guacamole & Chips for the cost is ridiculous. We're talkin' half a Hass.

Bowls were both very sparse ingredients. Ordered and paid for double ckn yet each bowl was only 1/2 full, even with the other ingredients. Terrible preparation and not at all worth the price of single portion to have pd for double!!

3-Cheese Queso & Chips was shoved inside the bag of chips and made a huge, soggy mess. This may have been the driver's fault that it burst, but the queso really shouldn't be in the same bag in direct contact with chips. The Create Your Own Quesadilla and Create Your Own Bowl were as expected an acceptable.
