More often than not, the food is of excellent quality and presentation (in terms of fast food.)
This is my family's default Door Dash restaurant to order from, everyone likes at least one thing. Last night was a mishap, the dd app and Q'Doba didn't process my order correctly and we ended up with one single bowl for $60, yikes! Door Dash was very helpful and no questions asked refunded for missing items. They even tried to contact the store for redelivery but they weren't able to do that since the only thing that went through on Q'Doba's side was a $12 bowl. 🤷🏻♀️ The fajita veggies bowl tasted amazing though. And any other time we have ordered it's been great, usually very full bowls and bags of chips, it's always still a good temperature when it arrives, no one wants cold 3-Cheese Queso & Chips right? Their Quesadilla Kids Meal and full portion cheese quesadilla is excellent with the suggested toppings. I'd say out of the whole year of ordering maybe (7 times) we've only had trouble twice, but every time it was taken care of.
Also our Dasher, Dalton was extremely friendly, helpful and very kind. A rarity these days in customer contact. (If we could choose our dashers, he would be a top pick!)
Overall, Q'Doba is great and we always go back again.

The cup of salsa that came with my quesadilla smelled so bad when I opened it and tasted so bad and had lots of bubbles in it. I tried to call the store to let them know for future customers tonight but just kept getting hung up on, so I dunno a disgruntled employee?!

Missing ingredients and received a quarter of the amount of meat and guac than if you order through the store. Missed several toppings and received cold.

The rice was crunchy and meat was so dry. Tasted like it had been sitting out and it was not the fault of the delivery driver as they delivered in a timely manner. We are extremely disappointed in our meal.

Burrito build sucked.forsthalf was all beans and rice. Paid for double chicken and there was a small amountat the end and barely any cheese.
