• 14/07/26Create Your Own 3-Cheese Nachos ordered with double protein ($4.85 adder) had about 3 times as much black beans in relation to chicken. I only requested 1 of the 6 available selections for cheese, but as you can see in the picture it barely had any, the small blob just right of the center of the bowl. The little bit of queso you can see on the left side was about 75% of what was in the entire bowl! So, I basically received a big bowl of black beans with enough toppings to try and convince you that you're getting enough.... It didn't work!

• 22/08/25Well, I had gotten it a couple of months ago and thought it was weird that the consistency is extremely watery. I paid for the extra portion of chicken and there is hardly any on the bowl. It tastes okay, I guess... just a little too watery in my opinion. Can't really tell the freshness of thing because of how much liquid from idk what is in it. I'm not sure that I would order this again. The seal was busted on the bag, and the chips had been opened which is strange to me... so, those got tossed.

• 23/10/26It was disappointing as the bowl was half full with very little protein and the 'cookie' ended up being a brownie. I find going into the store seems to render better results than a to go order. That's sad...

• 27/04/24i usally love this place but when I received my burr Create Your Own Bowl it was super liquidity and cold, there was little to if not any rice or meat. i get the same thing every time and this is not what it looks like

• 24/01/25Food was cold, as it always is when the dasher does another delivery first, the fajita vegetables were raw and I paid for double chicken and since they don't weigh it, not sure if I even got double chicken.
