Their specialty lattes are a must try — I always request less sweet, and the result is a beautifully balanced latte which highlights the flavor choice itself. Forget the over-sugared lattes of the mainstream: QCR is where it's at.
Also appreciate consistently great taste in the drip coffee (and the fact that you can select medium/light, or dark).

Olympics Muffin was super moist and full of flavor. Good size for the price.

Absolutely delicious! I got the Avocado Toast with Tomatoes and Feta filled me up perfectly. Coffee was spot on Iced Spanish Latte!

This is my favorite coffee shop in the area. I also love their selection of teas and especially the herbal varieties. Queen City has menu options that other shops don't and their drinks are consistently good each time I've ordered.
