• 16/04/25so tasty! I love the Shio Ramen (vg) and the incredible broth that it comes with :) the tofu soaks up so much flavor. can't get enough of this place! the Vegan Soy Chashu Bowl is nice and salty with loads of umami.

• 16/05/22Ramen Danbo is a blessing upon mankind. I don't do pork so I get their vegan ramen and every time I do I am astounded that they can make a hearty delicious broth with no animal products. Their customization options are legit, what you ask for is what you get! Good quality ingredients and packaged with care. My favorite spot to get takeout in all of cap hill!

• 25/03/25The THINNEST slices of pork you'll ever see. Might as well have been sliced in a deli for sandwiches. The egg on the side comes COLD out of the fridge. Do they use a medicine dropper for sauce servings? $70 for two people after taxes and fees. Hard to not feel ripped off. At least the broth was good...

• 12/01/25The food arrived barely luke warm. The noodles and gyoza were sub par. The flavor in the broth was good but was given the tiniest serving of chili flake oil which was disappointing. Not worth the price.

• 8/02/22The amount was so little for $14! I normally get Ramen from other places and want to try something new, so I gave this a shot. I was a bit disappointed that I did not see an egg and just a piece of meat with a little amount of soup. I finished the whole meal in 10 mins. The noodles are okay. I'm not really convinced. I might just stick to my go to ramen place in Seattle.
