Incredible quality ramen, they bring the egg to the perfect soft boil and it's well seasoned. Generous amounts of pork belly although not entirely prepared traditionally. They don't cheap out on the toppings, overall it's incredible value and great consistency.

This was our first time ordering from Ramen Melrose, it won't be the last! The pork ramen with extra pork was enough for dinner and lunch the next day. The best friends roll is so fresh and flavorful, it's definitely my new favorite roll!

The Spicy Beef Ramen* is one of my favorites at Ramen Melrose. It's always on point with the deliciously spicy broth, thick noodles, and tender beef. We also loved the Old Fashioned Pork Ramen* for its classic pork broth and thin noodles. Always recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a yummy ramen!

Pork Garlic Lovers Ramen* 2 slivers of pork was strange to see portions have gotten noticeably smaller but the quality is still proper perfection the broth is liquid gold. # you want a lot of broth order extra, want more meat as well order extra, one of the best flavored broths in LA County!

Pork Garlic Lovers Ramen* was ok. Pretty bland for my liking. Nothing really tasted as fresh as I had hoped but I'm guessing that has to do with the fact that I did order pretty late. The Takoyaki (8)* is actually really tasty (: The Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice (4)* only comes with 4 pieces which I think is pretty overpriced. Overall, I probably wouldn't really order from here again unless I'm really craving it.
SN: The Thai Tea* doesn't really smack. Iykyk haha
