this is the best ramen ive had in Baltimore. i got the Ginger Miso Ramen and the broth and texture of the noodles was perfect. also the egg. they actually season the egg instead of just putting a boiled egg in. and the naruto was better than any other ive had.

The Tonkotsu Shoyu came packaged with the broth separately which not only made it easier and less messier to package/deliver, but it also ensured I was able to get maximum flavor and quality from the Ramen.
The Gyoza -Pork came packaged in their own containers which finished steaming the dumplings and were by far my favorite item on the list.
The Ramune soda was delicious and wish I would have ordered two. It did get a little shaken up from travel and delivery, but that's to be expected.
The portion size was just right and very filling. There wasn't any leftovers, unfortunately, because I would have gladly eaten this all again. I can't wait to take my sister here, because she is the true Ramen aficionado.

Had the Tonkotsu (Black and Red) which is a regular for me. I always recommend this ramen location for the flavorful broth. Always happy the packing and amount is consistent and it's a good portion. Personal recommendation - add fresh garlic if you love garlic. Not only does it taste good but it's great for you if you're getting it to recover from being sick or hungover.

Springroll Vegetable (ve) is amazing and crunchy with a sweet dipping sauce. Gyoza -Pork was also fabulous, the dipping sauce has a small kick and it comes with 4. The Spicy Miso Ramen portion is huge! The broth is in a separate container so everything stays fresh, I tried the broth by itself and it's soooo good.

WOWZERS! What an experience. EVERYTHING was super fresh. The portions were so generous. The Samurai Roll is my new favorite, super filling and fun to eat with the crispy wontons. The Ginger Miso Ramen is noodle palooza. Cooked to perfection. I am absolutely ordering again! Honestly I don't know where this place has been all my life.
