I crafted a build your own basically a light rip from their Texas portion except I can't have pork due to religious reasons-- either way let's get into the taste:
It's about average, it's not overly salty like most mac spots that I've frequented. The brisket, even tender reminded me of if Arby's every had the audacity to release a Mac n cheese brisket sandwich. The veggies were bountiful which I'm glad because on DD it's like 36c per addition. Maybe if they had a little bit more flavor on the brisket I'd rate it higher but to go through smoked meat chunks against a plain base... yeah just get the OG Mac n cheese or the three cheese next time respectfully.
