First time ordering and MAN am I impressed ! I got the Sandbag Sandwich and iced Mocha 16oz . The quaility of both blew my mind. Extremely fresh, well made and absolutely DELICIOUS! Puts the place I typically order from to shame! So glad I decided to try !

This is not an Americano Misto. This is the fourth time that my very simple drink order has either been made wrong or the completely wrong item. The hot chocolate tasted like microwaved dairyland chocolate milk. I'm not sure what's changed in the last couple of months but we will no longer be patronizing Rosso.

Ordered some pain chocolate and threw on a soup. The pain chocolate were out of stock so they just sent the soup? I hastily added some other pastries but my kids didn't like them so that is $30 down the drain. The restaurant should've given me the option to cancel the order if the main item was not in stock.
