Wow, Tonkotsu Red broth and chasu was so flavorful. I loved the bamboo shoots and wood ear mushrooms in it. broth had a suttle nutty umami flavor that was addictive. I chose spice level 5 which is spicy, but I could probably do a 6 or 7 comfortably next time. Gyoza a was good as well. they're large and full of filing. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I had never heard of this place but was looking for somewhere still open a little later on a Friday, and this turned out to be some of the best ramen I've had in the area. The Tonkotsu Red was delicious with a good bit of slow heat at level 5 and the Gyoza was somewhere between Chinese potsticker flavor filling and crispy deep fried Japanese dough

Very good spice level 4 is perfect not too spicy just enough for a kick. Broth very rich and good nice size and delicious.

I've been ordering my ramen from Sakuramen for at least a few years now. The ramen is always on point, always flavorful, comforting, and handled with care. I get the Tonkotsu Mild, with a spice ball, corn, and extra bamboo shoots. You can't go wrong ordering from here.

Honestly it's been hard to find a new ramen spot since Kaiju closed, but I took a chance on Sakuramen and it was amazing. I got the Gojiramen with only scallions and chicken chashu. The chicken by itself was very sweet and delicious. I got the level 7 broth which was surprisingly spicy, I was expecting some kind of paste but I enjoyed its spice and flavor. I will definitely order again in the future, everything tasted fresh and the portion was great from the amount of chashu to the broth.
