• 4/05/26the Cake Slice fell apart a little bit so they gave me free snacks :D with a friendly handwritten note too. just leaving this review so maybe they can know its appreciated! and the cake was still yummy

• 21/06/26The matcha was delicious. The latte was disgustingly bitter, I clicked 1 sugar, and paid a extra dollar for caramel syrup in it, you could not tell what so ever. It definitely gave me a negative experience ordering from here, and I'm really sad about it because I was really excited

• 20/12/24Decided to try something different than Starbucks. The cake was literally hard as a rock on one side- obviously had been left out all night. So gross. Couldnt taste egg nog in the latte at all just like warm milk and expresso - no thanks

• 6/12/25unfortunately very disappointed with the whole order the Cake Slice taste old and are very much stalei can't eat the Oreos one because of how stale it lastly th Iced Matcha Tea Latte taste like water because order Iced Matcha Tea Latte and by the time I got it there we're no ice do to it melting before I got it leading to me getting Green water
