Never get the large red salsa I request each time. I add it to "special" request and even called ahead. Always just get one tiny cup of salsa. And you cant order it on off the menu. It's not even an option. I would buy a pint I I could. It's so good.

Unfortunately the regular Chile con Queso is $12 and comes on a container holding less than a cup of queso, overpriced even for delivery.
The Chimichanga was supposed to come with Mexican rice, choice of sauce, and cheese. Served with sour cream, lettuce, tomato, and beans. The rice, sour cream, lettuce and tomato were missing from the order.

Got the wrong sauce on the chile relleno, and it was undercooked and sitting in a pool of grease. The cheese in the enchiladas had solidified and they were also greasy. Not what I have come to expect from Serranos. I would have done better with taco bell.

Pollo loco was delicious. Juicy and full of flavor. The beans were great too. I really appreciated the large portion of beans and rice. Very satisfied with this meal and amount of chips with the queso. This was my first experience with Serrano's and will definitely be ordering again soon.
