• 28/02/23I'm not a burger eater? but Shake Shacks got me hooked on they're cheese burgers with a slice of tomato. I don't care for sauces. Oh but I don't need ketchup etc on it, because the hamburger meat is so tasty like it is, that works so well for me. I'm on my 2nd day in a row ordering. Unheard of by this chick. Oh & the Hand spun chocolate malt shake ROCKS!! THANK YOU

• 4/12/21Egregiously small portions, the grilled cheese is an abject joke and the burger for $6.79 is an abomination. They're commensurate in size to what a child would be hungry for not any adult. Order Burger King, McDonald's, etc. instead of cherry creek cesspools like this "shake shack".

• 3/10/25I saw a lot of reviews about small portions but I thought the Chicken Shack and ShackBurger were satisfying sizes and very tasty. They seemed fresh despite being delivered - the fried chicken is still crispy.

• 10/11/24The food is really good but really small for the price. I was a bit shocked at how tiny the Chicken Bites are for how much they cost. The Fountain Soda is also small for how much it costs. The Black Truffle Burger is tiny too (but delicious).

• 6/01/23Burger was pretty good. Would have gave them a 4 star but, no straw when you order a Large Coke that is the size a medium. No napkins either. Bag was packaged amazingly well. Side of cheese for the fries looked likeit had been sitting around for awhile before it was bagged up. Hopefully their service onsite is better.
