• 14/04/24I was disappointed with the Burger. I thought it was the size of McDonald's plus it was overcooked and mushed. I can get a better Burger 1 block down with fries and cooked the way I want for $10.00.
I wish I could get a refund!!!!

• 28/03/26The burger was weeeeell done. I thought I was eating a Hockey Puck. The Shake Shake in lower Manhattan by my job is sooooooo much better. The burgers are ALWAYS cooked just right. You need to do something about how the burgers are cooked at your store in Bay Plaza

• 4/02/26Apparently Shake Shack has changed their Chicken Bites™ and K-Shack Fried Chicken Bites to some frozen crap instead of the juicy fresh nuggets they used to be. Lost me

• 7/05/22I ordered the Chocolate Churro Shake, which was very good. the pieces of Churro stayed firm as they float in the vanilla shake. The chocolate syrup was a nice touch. I loved the whipped topping. It was a little too sweet for me, but I enjoyed it. I generally prefer Shake Shack's chocolate shakes because they are not as sweet. I look forward to trying the next shake on the menu.
