First night in the city I wanted a late night bite, but wasn't feeling adventurous. So, I decided on shake shack. Ordered 20 mins before close and everything came hot and delicious! I was annoyed at first because I forgot to asked for ketchup with my fries, but they didn't need it. They're soooo good on their own.

I've enjoyed Shake Shack for years, but as time goes on, their quality and value just continues to decline. My food arrived cold and my milkshake almost completely melted. They never send ketchup, period. The Fries have always needed more salt. The Chicken Shack doesn't seem to have much, if any, seasoning. If, like me, you don't like mayonnaise, it is baffling that they have never offered the option of honey mustard or any other sauce. As a final straw for me, the Fountain Soda that they charge FIVE DOLLARS for, and the Cookies and Cream Shake they charge more than EIGHT DOLLARS for, were only 3/4s full. The chicken sandwich was the smallest I've ever seen - it takes up maybe 2/3rds of the box it comes in at most. It's insulting to pay this much and get even less than you overpaid for. I won't be ordering from them again anytime soon.

The food is generally fine, but every time I order from there, something is wrong or badly made. I paid $7 for onion rings... and only got 3.5 rings. You're telling me I'm paying 2 dollars PER onion ring??? I've stopped ordering drinks from Shake Shack completely, because they are always flat, every single time. Just generally disappointing experience ordering from them.

Only gave us 1 fry instead of 2, lettuce wrap was just a bunch of small pieces of lettuce I couldn't even pick up the burger and grilled cheese was burnt and half the size.

Spent $6 on a double scoop Frozen Custard and this is clearly not two scoops. The Cheese Fries are cold. The Chicken Bites are dry.
