Nothing was packaged for delivery, so everything arrived cold. The Shack Sauce that came with our Onion Rings was bland and the K-Shack Spicy Caramel Shake was legitimately gross.
I would order from McDonalds before I ordered from here again.

All I can is just wow! You can taste the difference! The Bourbon Bacon Cheddar Chicken was juicy and tender which was outdone by their bourbon bacon jam. If you enjoy chicken and wanna feel like your sitting on your back porch in a reclining lawn chair relaxing while watching a sunset. Then give this sandwich a shot.

K-Shack Fried Chicken Sandwich was smal and taste like green onions only.it was not good. the fries K-Shack Spicy BBQ Fries hadno taste and werefried to a dry hell. Chocolate Shake was trash. huge disappointment.

Burger tasted "hot off the grill" and tomatoes and lettuce weren't mushy. Good burger and fries and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Burger was very tasty, just on the small side for this price. Shake was awesome. We got vanilla and cookies and cream and both delicious
