The burgers are great they seem small but they are filling. The fries are good if they are hot. My grandparents had a burger joint when I was a kid this is the closest to grandpas I have ever had. Love it

They never get it right. I always order several cheese fries and pay extra for extra sides of cheese, and I always get plain fries with little ramekins of cheese filled less than half full. Don't waste your money ordering from here! Also, they make the worst, most overpriced "grilled cheese" I've ever had. $6 for a tiny bun with one slice of cheese smashed down to the size of a silver dollar pancake?!

Parmesan Garlic Fries were gold and did not have good seasoning. Chicken Bites™ were good, but very small for the price and the sauce was not packed. The ShackBurger was very good.

Burgers and fries are good and tasty (tho fries were cold but prob not the fault of Shake Shake).
Root beer was very flat. Shake was good, super filling and took a couple days to finish!

Food was very fresh and well packaged! It was a great portion of food for the price, and tasted great! Would order again!
