Caramelized onions were overly salty. Burger looked like thrown together with so much onions it looked like onion sandwich instead of a burger with onions. They forgot the tomatoes and then when I tried contact DoorDash my return was for 1.16 (mind you these two different burgers). Learned my lesson will stick to smash burger next time.

The chicken sandwich was great. Nicely cooked breaded chicken breast was good. I ordered four french fries, two with cheese, but only received two. plus I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato & and bacon, but I only received a plain grilled cheese. Someone was not paying attention to what they were doing. Not happy

I was really looking forward to this meal as it's been a few years since I've had Shake Shack. I can't blame the cold fries and lukewarm burger on the restaurant entirely, we all know you take that chance with DoorDash. I can however, hand them the blame for the undercooked, poor quality meat. It was pink throughout, and nearly raw in other parts. What I was able to eat was full of chewy rubber like balls. I certainly won't be in a hurry to patronize this establishment/chain anytime soon. $37 and change (BEFORE TIP) is ridiculous in general, let alone a meal I couldn't even finish or enjoy.
Overall: I would not order again.
The Coffee Shake was delicious though, and the only standout.

I love Shack Shake. I love their hours and I love their burgers, fries and shakes. You can't go wrong.
