The burger is absolutely tiny. Fries are undercooked almost raw potato. Cheese sauce for cheese fries is rubbery, can't even eat it. Do not recommend.

The fries and chicken nuggets were great....but the double cheeseburger? Where was the cheese? I've been to this location two other times, and one of those times, the same thing happened. Should have ordered from Five Guys!

No bacon in the fries. Burger is trash hardly any lettuce or sauce. No straw for my shake and it was complet melted and watery! ! row the whole order away. I paid $40 for trash! I should get my money back!! You should be embarrassed! I deserve my money back!!! I wish I could give this zero stars!

The Onion Rings were not crispy. Batter had no flavor. And the actual onion was so thin it barely had any. The burgers were less than ordinary as a whole. The beef patty was good in flavor. Fries were too dry and plain in flavor. The Oreo shake was delicious. Sadly the second shake was never prepared or delivered.

Everything was nice but unfortunately we ordered Cheese Fries and got nothing. The burgers were delicious and the Onion Rings were still crispy. I hope if we order again next time, it would be complete.
